Compassion, Dignity, Care.
Hospice Care in Your Home or Ours...

Fremont County's Non-Profit Hospice & Home Care Organization

Hospice is a special kind of care designed to provide treatment and support for individuals with a terminal illness. Hospice seeks to ease their pain and symptoms so that their remaining time may be spent with dignity. Hospice typically cares for patients with a life expectancy of six months or less should their illness take its expected course.

Help for Health provides support for you and your loved one by surrounding you with a team of professionals dedicated to compassionate end-of-life care. Our comprehensive pain and symptom management services can be provided either in your own home or in our hospice in-patient facility here in Riverton, Wyoming. Our mission is delivering compassionate hospice care by addressing the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

Please contact us for more information about how we can support your care needs.
