Hospice Care in Your Home or Ours...
Fremont County's Non-Profit Hospice & Home Care Organization
Hospice is a specialized kind of care designed to treat the person, not the disease. It provides
support for individuals with a terminal illness. Hospice seeks to ease their pain and symptoms so their remaining time may be spent with dignity. Hospice cares for patients with a life-limiting illness.
Help for Health provides support for you and your loved one by surrounding you with a team of professionals dedicated to compassionate end-of-life care. Our comprehensive pain and symptom management services can be provided either in your own home or in our hospice home-nursing facility here in Riverton, Wyoming. Our mission is delivering compassionate hospice care by addressing the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.
