About Us,
Our Mission,
and Our Promise
Why Help for Health?
Everyone deserves compassion and support, especially in the hardest times. As the only non-profit hospice and home services provider in Fremont County, we at Help for Health work to ensure those in need receive just that. We put our patients and clients first, listening to them and passionately working to address their specific needs no matter what.
We are honored to be part of the community and provide peace of mind those we serve.
Our start as a health van in 1994, providing transport for those who needed specialized medical treatment elsewhere, gave us plenty of opportunity to listen to the community and hear their needs. We knew that there was a need for specialized home and end-of-life care delivered
with compassion, and we knew we could offer
Fremont County more.
In 2008, we began offering hospice services. Since then, we've delivered loving care to hundreds of families in their own homes and in ours. We were blessed to have the community's support in building our own inpatient hospice home here in Riverton, and we are honored that the community continues to value us so highly. We endeavor every day to deliver our best for our clients and patients.
