Thanks to the generous support of Fremont County, Help for Health's Hospice Home is an eight-bed facility providing 24-hour care.

Each patient has their own private bedroom with a view of our gorgeous backyard and a connecting private bathroom. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and common area with a fireplace for families to gather.
Inpatient Crisis Management
Inpatient care at the hospice home is for patients who have developed complex pain or other symptoms requiring continuous skilled nursing care around the clock that cannot be provided in their own home. Inpatient care is partially covered by Medicare.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term care provided for patients cared for in their own homes. This allows caregivers to take time to recuperate, take time to themselves, or handle other business. This care can be provided for up to five days each month. Medicare covers respite care as a part of routine hospice care.
Routine Hospice Care
Routine care at our hospice home is for patients who require 24-hour nursing care that may not be able to be properly provided in their own home. Routine care requires a room and board charge. Insurance does not cover room and board charges, but financial arrangements can be provided by speaking with our financial officer.
