Built thanks to the generous support of Fremont County, Help for Health's Hospice Home is our pride and joy. The hospice home is an eight-bed facility that provides 24/7 inpatient, respite, and residential care for those who can most benefit.

Each resident has their own private bedroom, each containing a comfortable bed, a TV, a dresser, a nightstand, chairs, a lamp, a window, and a connecting private bathroom. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, common area with a fireplace, outdoor gardens and patio, and an indoor jacuzzi tub with jets for patient use. Recliners, wheelchairs, oxygen, and other needed equipment is also provided.
Inpatient Care
Inpatient care at the hospice home is for patients who have complex pain or other symptoms that require skilled, continuous nursing care to manage. 24/7 nursing attention and monitoring is provided, allowing us to care for even the toughest cases. Inpatient care can often be covered by insurance, allowing you and your loved ones to have peace of mind.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term care provided for patients usually cared for in their own homes. This allows caregivers to take time to recuperate, take time to themselves, or handle other business. This care can be provided for up to five days each month, and most insurance plans cover respite care as a part of routine hospice care.
Residential Care
Residential care is routine care at our hospice home for hospice patients who have no suitable residence and/or caregiver, or those who choose and prefer our hospice home's comforts. This allows us to ensure that care is consistent and meets the patient's needs. Residential care requires a room and board charge. Insurance does not cover room and board charges, but financial arrangements and help can be provided by speaking with our financial officer.
