Comprehensive Programs to Meet Your Needs - Education, support, help.
Our Programs
Help for Health is a non-profit organization committed to serving Fremont County. Every service we provide and program we offer is designed to help and support individuals in our community during a difficult time. The following programs are available through Help for Health.
Help For Health Hospice
In 2008, Help for Health opened a stand-alone hospice home, built through efforts from dedicated volunteers and community contributions over several years and then a countywide 1% capital tax. The hospice home is an eight-bed facility serving hospice patients 24/7. We care for patients in their homes and assisted living facilities. We are Medicaid and Medicare certified.
Home Services
Helping Fremont County's citizens with limitations stay active, independent, and in their own homes. Home Services provides in-home care services to assist people with normal activities of daily living that have become a bit of a challenge. We will assist clients to remain independent in their own homes. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our clients by allowing them to maintain an independent dignified lifestyle in their homes
Tough Enough to Help Cancer Fund
In 2011, Help for Health was asked to manage this fund which is available to persons currently undergoing active cancer treatment. Individuals are eligible for up to $800.00 per year to pay bills such as house payments, utilities, and car repairs. This program is completely maintained and funded by donations.
